Galxe is a Web3 credential and campaign platform. Its former GAL token migrated to Gravity (G) at a 1:60 ratio in 2024, so G—not GAL—is the current token discussed here. Gravity’s 2026 mainnet transition also has near-term deadlines for assets, staking, and the Gravity Alpha network.

Galxe credentials and campaigns
Galxe lets organizations create campaigns in which users complete tasks or satisfy eligibility conditions. Credentials can reflect on-chain activity or other verified data, and campaigns may distribute badges, points, or other rewards. A quest credential is evidence that a condition was met; it does not promise an airdrop or a valuable token.
Users should verify the official campaign domain and permissions before connecting a wallet or signing a transaction. Malicious links and impersonation can imitate quest pages.
From GAL to Gravity G
Galxe announced in July 2024 that GAL holders could migrate to Gravity’s G token at 1 GAL to 60 G on the same supported chain. The project described G as the native Gravity token and a utility token across Gravity and Galxe, including governance, transactions, and incentives. Exchanges may handle migrations differently, so holders should check the relevant exchange and official instructions; the old GAL ticker should not be treated as the current asset.
Tokenomics and G supply
CoinGecko reported a 12 billion maximum and total supply for G, with 7.233 billion circulating on 2026-10-22. The market snapshot above uses Gravity (by Galxe), ticker G. These supply figures can change as tokens unlock or are otherwise updated by the data provider.
Time-sensitive Gravity Alpha transition
As of 2026-10-22, Galxe’s Help Center says the Gravity Native Bridge and G Staking page will go offline on October 26, 2026 at 03:00 UTC, while Gravity Alpha Mainnet is scheduled to stop operating on November 1, 2026. It also lists an October 23 deadline for moving non-G assets. These dates are operationally important and may change; consult the linked live notice before taking action. The notice says assets left on the Alpha chain after shutdown may no longer be transferable.
Social Media Sentiment
- Bitcointalk: A February 4, 2026 post took a bearish view of G, pointing to scheduled token unlocks and the author’s assessment of limited utility. It is one forum participant’s opinion and predates the July 2026 Gravity L1 transition; it cannot establish broad current sentiment.
