Bungee

Bungee is a user-facing cross-chain liquidity marketplace associated with Socket. It helps users compare routes for swaps and transfers across networks; the underlying route may involve separate exchanges, pools, or bridge protocols.

How Bungee Routing Works

A user selects assets and networks, and the service presents available routes assembled from connected venues. The Bungee and Socket documentation describes routing across fragmented markets and an embeddable trading widget; DeFiLlama separately tracks Bungee’s DEX-aggregator and bridge-aggregator products.

An aggregator coordinates route selection; it is not itself the source of every pool or bridge. The final route still depends on available liquidity, fees, network conditions, and the contracts or services it uses. Comparing routes does not remove smart-contract, bridge, slippage, or transaction-finality risks.

Bungee Product and Token Scope

The existing page previously described a BUNGEE token, point conversion, governance, and revenue sharing. The current first-party Socket materials and the protocol listing reviewed for this update document the Bungee service and its routing products, but do not establish a BUNGEE token, supply schedule, or holder rights. This entry therefore covers the product, not an unverified token claim.
