Superform is a DeFi software project whose current consumer app brings together access to U.S. stocks, ways to earn on USD, Bitcoin, and onchain assets; its protocol materials also describe non-custodial SuperVaults and the UP coordination and governance token. Products, asset structures, and regional availability can change, so users should check the current terms before using the app.

What Superform Offers
Superform’s current website presents a consumer app for buying U.S. stocks, earning on USD, buying Bitcoin, and sending assets. These are product descriptions from the company, not a promise of a particular return or a statement that every feature is available in every country. Read the current terms for how an asset is represented, who provides each service, and what withdrawal or regional restrictions apply.
The project’s UP token disclosures describe a wider protocol with web and mobile applications and permissionless, non-custodial SuperVaults. Vault strategies can combine onchain actions such as bridging, swapping, lending, and staking. Superform Labs says its interface does not custody users’ funds or control protocol logic; non-custodial design still leaves users exposed to smart-contract, strategy, bridge, oracle, and market risks.
How the Protocol Works
A SuperVault is a tokenized vault that accepts assets under a defined strategy. The project describes validators that attest to price-per-share data and strategists that execute or rebalance strategies; governance may set vault listings, risk parameters, and other protocol rules. A vault share represents a claim defined by its contracts and terms, not a guaranteed dollar balance or yield.
The disclosure describes UP as a coordination and governance token deployed as an ERC-20 on Ethereum and Base through LayerZero’s Omnichain Fungible Token (OFT) standard. Staking UP can mint sUP, a vault token used for governance. The disclosure lists voting over incentives, treasury use, emissions, validator policies, listings, and risk settings. It also describes possible UP collateral for validators and bonds for strategists under governance rules.
UP Tokenomics
The Foundation disclosure states a total supply of one billion UP and describes the allocations below. The vesting schedule matters: the headline allocation is not the same as the amount immediately circulating.
| Allocation | Share | Disclosed release schedule |
|---|---|---|
| Community and ecosystem | 40.04% | 5.86% available at TGE; remaining 34.18% vested over 36 months |
| Core team and advisors | 24.59% | One-year cliff, then monthly vesting over two years |
| Strategic partners | 22.17% | One-year cliff, then monthly vesting over two years |
| Public sale | 3.72% | Unlocked at TGE except U.S. persons, whose tokens vest over one year |
| Airdrop | 3.70% | 1.36% at TGE; remaining 2.34% over three months |
| Liquidity | 2.98% | Unlocked at TGE |
| Echo strategic sale | 2.80% | One-year cliff, then monthly vesting over two years |
The Foundation disclosure says UP cannot be minted during the first three years after issuance; after that, governance may authorize annual inflation up to 2%. This means the one-billion figure is the stated total supply and CoinGecko’s current listed maximum, but the disclosure does not describe it as a permanent hard cap. The disclosure also says UP gives holders no equity, ownership, dividend, profit-sharing, or claim on Superform entities’ revenues or assets, and no guaranteed financial return.
History
- April 2022: The Foundation disclosure lists an angel funding round for Superform Labs.
- January 23, 2025: The Superform Foundation was established, according to the disclosure.
- September 2025–January 2026: The disclosure lists private and public UP token sales during this period.
- Current product positioning: Superform’s public website now foregrounds its consumer app for stocks, USD earning features, Bitcoin, and asset transfers, alongside protocol infrastructure documented by the Foundation.
Risks and Limitations
UP’s value can fluctuate, and a liquid market is not guaranteed. Token releases may change the amount in circulation. Governance outcomes, regulatory treatment, and project terms may also change. Protocol users face smart-contract and integration risks even when the interface is non-custodial. Superform’s disclosure specifically identifies bridge and interoperability, oracle, market, and technology risks and says its list is not exhaustive. Check current documents and regional eligibility before using the product or token.
